Intro To Quilting
December 7 1 pm-5 pm
In this beginner workshop, you will learn the basics of quilting, including how to choose fabrics, cutting essentials, options for piecing (machine, English paper piecing, and foundation piecing), choosing a pattern/design, quilting, and binding. Sewing machines are available to share or bring your own.
All project supplies will be provided.

Quilt-As-You-Go Holiday Table Runner or Place Mats
December 14 12 pm - 5 pm
Create a festive table runner or placemats from start to finish in this beginner class. Sewing machines are available to use or bring your own.
Supplies needed: 1 Holliday Fabric Jelly Roll of your choice. All other supplies will be provided.

T-Shirt Memory Quilt
Jan 4 & Jan 18 11 am - 5 pm
This 2-class workshop will cover everything you need to know about turning your favorite t-shirts into a memory quilt. Each attendee will need to bring 16-20 t-shirts to the first class. Most supplies will be provided except for the additional fabric needed, which will be discussed at the first class. Donated fabrics may be available for use at no cost. Some work may be required between classes and open studio time is free for registered participants who do not own a sewing machine. Beginners are welcome but the Intro to Quilting course is recommended.
Class 1 We will cover T-shirt prep, layout and sashing/backing selection, sashing prep, and assembly (sewing machines available or bring your own) Supplies needed: 16-20 T-shirts.
Class 2 Assembly cont., backing prep. And quilting. *Quilting – hand tie or manual, or machine quilting*, and binding essentials. Supplies needed: fabric yardage and coordinating thread.
Cost $150
* Optional long arm quilting is available at $0.0175 per sq inch for class participants
Studio Time
Dec 7, Dec 14, Jan 4 & Jan 18 5 - 8 pm
Studio Time is a great way to start/finish up a project, connect with others, and get help with your current project, or just enjoy some kid free space. Studio Time is open to anyone and is free to those registered for any of the current classes. Bring your knitting, crocheting, painting, clay, sewing, beading, woodwork, or any other craft project.
Cost $5
Class cost must be paid to reserve your spot and space is limited. Feel free to bring your own beverage, lunch, or dinner. Water and light snacks will be provided. Questions? Text/Call me!
